The ideal place for enjoying the great Tuscan countryside and is magnificent weather!

To the west you will see the the front lawn and on beyond the hedge of blooming oleander the olive grove.
Southwards you overlook the plains of Lucca and see the towers of the city.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a 90cm hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave , kettle, and an American coffee machine. There is massive old chestnut table with raffia covered chairs.

In the living area, There is a beautifully “intarsiato” olive tree table with 8 chairs.
An incredibly old (dates back to the 18th cent.) magnificently restored kitchen cupboard containing the crockery and kitchen utensils.
To the right a comfortable sofa with 2 armchairs and an ottoman nestle around the fireplace framed in tiles from Vietri.
Two huge glass windows offer the visitors a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.

Master Bedroom: When entering this room there is a sense of comfort and relaxing atmosphere. Apart from the large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers two beautiful old-style little armchairs are there to enrich the room and make it cosier.

Master bathroom:  The main bathroom with an ancient-style bathtub and fittings, it is undoubtedly another place where our guests can enjoy the view.

Double Bedroom: Two single joinable beds with antique Florentine upholstered headboards welcome the guest to this nice room with in-suite bathroom. A beautiful wardrobe and matching chest of drawers offer our guests all the necessary room for their clothes. The two beds can very easily be made into a double bed.

Double Bedroom Bathroom: a private bathroom for the double room, which offers comfort and maximum intimacy.
